The Wind Tunnel Project is a multi-sensory experience; therefore the number of visitors is restricted to specific time slots. Book your preferred date and time by clicking here.

Ticket Price

— Adult: £10
— Children under 12 years old: Free
— Child (13 to 18 yrs old): £5
Concessions (Children between 13 and 18 years old (inclusive), students, FAST members, Royal Aeronautical Society members and pensioners over 60 years old): £5
2 hour guided tour by a FAST member: £20

By Train

The nearest mainline train station to the Wind Tunnel Project is:

Farnborough Main or Farnborough North.

From Farnborough Main, a free shuttle bus service will be provided every 15 minutes.

The shuttle bus service is located by the bus stops opposite the exit of the train station.

By Bus

From Aldershot, Alton, Ash Vale, Camberley, and Frimley, take the gold Stagecoach bus.

Station closest to the wind tunnels is:

Farnborough College of Technology.

By Car

Off site parking is available at Buller Barracks. All visitors will need to park at Buller Barracks and take the free shuttle bus service to the wind tunnels. The shuttle bus service will run every 15 minutes.

From the South

Follow A325 north bound from Aldershot , 200m past the A323 Fleet Road turning leave the A325 via the off slip following the signs for Aldershot Military Town, at the T Junction turn left onto Clubhouse Road following the Aldershot Military Town signs. Stay on this road.

Straight on at the traffic lights and then move into the right hand lane, take the 3rd exit at the roundabout arrive at destination.

From the North

Follow A325 south bound from Farnborough , 200m before the dual carriageway ends turning leave the A325 via the off slip road following the signs for Aldershot Garrison Sports centre, at the T Junction turn left onto Alisons Road following the brown Sports Centre sign. Stay on this road .

Straight on at the traffic lights and then move into the right hand lane, take the 3rd exit at the roundabout arrive at destination.

During Air show

Follow signs from major routes for air show parking signs until directed to follow The Wind Tunnel Project parking signs.
